Fig prosciutto




Fig prosciutto
When sailing in Sicily, we dined at a pizzeria on a small island. I saw the neighboring table had a fig with prosciutto. I thought it good.
Now I am home, I made it. It is good.

Ingredients:
4 figs, backyard or market,
4 pieces of prosciutto, paper thin sliced

Cooking,
cut out the top pit of the fig then cross cut,
place one piece of paper think proscuitto on each fig

serve.
As an advice for eating, you can cut the prosciutto to 4 pieces to go with each quarter of fig.
