Mushroom noodle

There is a mushroom stand in Mountain View farmers market with all kinds of fresh mushrooms. Each time I try something new. This time, it is so new that I do not even know the name.

It is white with yellow top. I cooked with salt pepper oil, and a touch of olive oil at the end.

Cooking for the mushroom:
1/2 pound no name mushroom
 salt pepper cooking oil, olive oil and white wine
Put everything in the hot pot to cook for 20 minutes.

The veggie pasta:
1 pound of squashes,
1/4 pound of angel hair pasta
salt pepper cooking oil

 Cook pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes
At the same time, cook the veggies
put squashes and cooking oil, salt pepper in hot pot to cooking for 10 minutes, mix in paste to cook another 2 minutes

mix everything together
