Beef for tacos

Minced beef for tacos
For the tacos party, we prepared minced beef, but since we had so much more other food, this one was not even on table. It deserved a blog in any way.

Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef, (as usual, if you are taste concerned, use beef with fat, if health freak, use lean)
1/2 onion diced,
1/2 capsicum, diced,
salt pepper and spice, such as oregano, tarragon, parsley, basil, celery, etc
1/4 cup of wine,
cooking oil

Cooking:
Heat pot, 
add onion and capsicum to cook for 5 minutes,
add meat and spices and wine to cook for 1 hours in slow fire.
