Bacon wrapped prune




Sweet and savory is always a winning pair. So is this one.

Ingredients:
6 pitted prunes
3 slices of fully cooked bacon

Cooking:
Soak prunes in hot water a couple of hours,
cut bacon in half, and wrap the prune, fix with a tooth pick
Bake in oven 375 for 5 to ten minutes.

Experience for mistake:
It is better to spray a little bit of water on the wrap before baking to avoid drying and stiffness.
