Swiss chard with leftover egg white

Oliver made paste cabonara and used 3 egg yolks, so there left 3 egg white. I should use it.

I made a stir fry of Swiss chard with leftover egg white.

1 bunch of red Swiss chard,
3 egg white,
salt pepper cooking oil

Heat 2 table spoons of cooking oil in pot,
stir fry the egg white then take out,
add in chard and break with hand,
hello with salt pepper
cook for 5 minutes
