Grilled scallop and king trumpet mushroom








Saturday, friends will come, so I will cook something more than the unglamorous home food. Grilled scallop and king trumpet mushroom.

Ingredients:
1 pound jumbo scallop, about 15 pieces,
2 big king trumpet mushroom, sliced to the size of scallop
salt pepper butter olive oil, sugar, starch

Cooking:
marinate the scallop with salt pepper and a bit of sugar,
coat with starch,
Heat pan, add butter and olive oil,
Grill everything together for 10 minutes while turning, not too often,
the scallop has a lot of water, which will be absorbed by the mushroom.

Perfect combination.
