Chocolate sable (shortcake)



I intended to make chocolate shortcake, but some came out as rock collection. However, it was not the end of the world, I still got some by-product which was  edible and very tempting.

Ingredients:
1 pack of chocolate brownie mix,
1 egg,
1 stick of butter

Cooking:
Preheat oven to 350,
melt butter then let cool,
add brownie, egg and mix with spoon loosely,
put mix back in refrigerator for 10 minutes for so till the dough cool and hard,
take out and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

Note:
The trick is not the work on the dough, and not over bake. Put the mix in a baking dish loosely, without pressing, it turns out shortcake.

If you press the dough and try to make it in shape, you rock! I mean you get the cooking hard as rock.
