Egg tomato with leek




A typical easy quick and homey family dish, egg tomato with leek.

Ingredients:
1 leek, cut,
5 tomatoes,
4 eggs,
salt pepper cooking oil to taste
1 table spoon sugar

Cooking:
heat oil in pot, about 2 table spoons,
stir fry the egg as scamble egg, for 2 minutes
take out eggs
put into pot the tomato. add in egg, sugar and hello with salt pepper cooking oil and cover to cook for 10 minutes in strong heat.
Ready.
