Prawn with red sauce
Friends are having a party. Each brings something and our call is starter.
So I thought prawn in red sauch would be good.
Prawn is seared in pan, good, or better say great, as usual.
The sauce is the one getting praise.
The ingredients for the sauce:
cooking oil, onion, capsicum, cranberry, mustard seed, herbs, saffron, wine rose
Put everything in sauce pan, heat up about 10-20 minutes,
Blend with electric blender.
Good for dipping veggies or seafood or meat or bread.
