The lamb rack was extremely simple. Olivier put on strong fire so it was crispy outside and tender/juicy inside.

Dinner time was quiet, no struggle.

For very long time, we have longed for these rings to make pretty food. Last week, Olivier came back from Paris with such.

So it was a nice fun in the middle of the night.

Yesterday's sushi rice leftover has become today's fried rice lunch for kids with still some leftover's leftover.

Feed up with fried rice, I thought maybe I could try bake it then I did. The result was a surprise because it was delicious.

Rice, egg, ham cube, milk, oil, salt pepper herb, bake in 350 for 40 some minutes.

Olivier wanted to eat sushi after back from Paris. We went to Miyaki and bought fresh sushi quality fish.

This is a sensational flourless chocolate cake. No flour, almond meal instead.

Olivier planned to make it with the boys for this special Mother's day. However, he ended up doing everything by himself.

Last week we went ski and on the way back we bought fresh asparagus from the road side stand.

We the asparagus is no longer fresh. To save its last chance of glory, I cook it.

Cut, put in pot, turn on fire, salt, pepper, herb, oil. Cover 10 minutes. Done.
