  1. Oh wow the caneles turned out so pretty! My friend has a silicone mold similar to the one you have and she too has trouble with the food sticking. I hear it helps if you allow the food to cool completely on it's own on a cooling rack, or spray just a bit of cooking spray. I know the mold is supposed to be nonstick but unfortunately it's not 100%.

  2. Yes. Cooling down will help. We bought some tiny ones also. It is very cute.

  3. These look so delicious! Is it possible for you to write out the exact quantities of ingredients that you used? I really want to make these but I'm afraid that I will mess up by putting too much or too little of something in.
