Asparagus


Asparagus

Last week we went ski and on the way back we bought fresh asparagus from the road side stand.

We the asparagus is no longer fresh. To save its last chance of glory, I cook it.

Cut, put in pot, turn on fire, salt, pepper, herb, oil. Cover 10 minutes. Done.
