Stew for couscous

Stew for couscous

Mardi c'est le couscous. So, I chopped vegetables and made this.

Cutting: 4 minutes,
Cooking 10 minutes,
Serve for a military

1 red capsicum, sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
4 zucchinis, chopped
4 white squashes, chopped
1/4 cabbage, chopped
1/2 cauliflower, broke to pieces
half bottle mince pork preserve
salt, pepper, herbs, fond de roti and cooking oil

Put vegetables in pot, add herb, cooking oil, fond, meat sauce and cover up for 10 minutes in strong fire.

Open up and stir and serve.

The natural sour and sweetness from tomato makes this food a delight.
