I made couscous yesterday. One friend saw video and suggested me to cook quinoa. So I did.

Same as couscous.
Heat pot, put half spoonful of cooking oil, put one cup of quinoa, put salt, pepper, herbs, toast for 1 minute. Then add one and half cup of water, simmer in very slow fire for about half an hour. Serve.
