Lamb rack with garlic parsley rubbing


Serve 4

1 hour


Ingredients:

2 pieces of lamb rack, about 2 lbs

1 bunch of fresh parsley

2 cloves of garlic

30 grams of butter, softened

1 cup of bread crumble

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Put garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in blender

2. Blend for 2 minutes

3. Add butter and bread crumble and blend for 3 minutes or till it forms a loose paste

4. Apply the paste onto lamb rack

5. Cook in oven under 400 degree for 10 hour

6. Serve
