Couscous whole wheat


Couscous whole wheat

mardi c'est le couscous.

Ingredients:
2 cups of whole wheat couscous
2 cups of water
1/2 tablespoon of cooling oil
salt, pepper and herbs to taste
for 4 persons

Heat the pot, put in cooking oil, add couscous, herb, salt and pepper and stir a bit.
Add water.
Cover and simmer in slow slow fire for 5 minutes.
Serve.
