Choucroute


Choucroute

On the way back home, we went to pick up out repaired car near by Dittmer. We bought some meat, sausage and two bottles of choucroute. Oh, we bought juniper peppercorn.

Coming back home, put everything in a pot, one hour later, we got this. Meat is softened and not fat by the sour cabbage.
