Serve 4 persons
10 minutes

Ingredients:
Half French baguette, skin off, and sliced to about 5 mm thickness
100g of foie gras
1 teaspoon of pink pepper, crushed with side of knife

Making:
1. Toast baguette slices in oven for 3 minutes under 350 degree, take out
2. Spread foie gras on toasts
3. Sprinkle crushed pepper and serve
