Burrata, tomato with basil


Burrata, tomato with basil

Burrata, as far as I know, is mozzarella with cream wrapped inside. It is tasty and rich.

One fresh burrata, sliced, two tomatoes, slices, and some fresh basil, cut to small pieces. Mix everything, add fresh grind pepper, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Serve.
