Found half leftover baguette, 4 days old, good enough to make into bread pudding.
Cut the dry and hard baguette into small pieces and put into an bowl, add one spoon of Momin Almond, 2 cups of milk, half cup of cooking oil and 3 eggs. Mix well, leave for a few minutes or longer.
Pour the mix into a baking pan, oven at 350 for 40 minutes.
