Marinated mozzarella and tomato


Marinated mozzarella and tomato



Serve 4 persons
2 minutes


Ingredients:
2 heirloom tomatoes, medium size
½ lb of marinated mozzarella
Salt, pepper to taste
Dash of balsamic vinegar

Cooking:
1. Cut tomatoes to chunky dices
2. Mix with marinated mozzarella
3. Sprinkle with dash of balsamic vinegar
4. Serve


Tip: Add a dash of extra virgin olive oil of your preference to enhance flavor.
